✅ Eligible for Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of vaping products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.

However, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective or malfunctioning product

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged during transit

  • Your package was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier


⏱ Reporting Timeframe

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


🔁 Replacement or Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • free replacement shipped to you

  • partial or full refund to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
