When will my parcels be delivered?

Orders placed on working days will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. We partner with a variety of trusted express couriers (including GLS, Deutsche Post, DHL, UPS...), and orders are usually delivered within 5 working days. 

Where can I find the Tracking No.? 

When your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email like the one below. Click 'View Your Order' to see the courier and the corresponding tracking number.

Why can't I see the GLS courier tracking updates?

For GSL mail, ground shipping is estimated to take 2-3 days. Since it hasn’t reached the delivery center yet, its status will remain 'in transit'. After arriving at the delivery center, it will be dispatched. Totally it takes within 5 working days after shipment in normal conditions.

There is a problem with a product I ordered . What should I’m do ?

Contact customer service and they will help you for a suitable solution.

Can I track my order ?

Yes, once we have packed the ordered items, you will receive an email or a link in your SMS with delivery information and a link to track your package via a track number.

My package was damaged during delivery

We are very sorry if this happens. If the products in the package are undamaged, this can happen due to bad weather or negligent handling by the postal courier, for example, the products can still be used. Are the products damaged? Please contact our customer service directly. They will help you if goods are missing or unusable.

I have provided a wrong delivery address ! what now ?

Accidentally entered a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you to ensure that your package is sent to the correct address.

How are the parcels delivered?

Once your order is confirmed, we will promptly process it within 24 hours and hand it over to our trusted courier service. The delivery process typically takes around 2-5 working days, although it's important to note that delivery times may vary depending on the specific courier. Rest assured, each order is assigned a unique tracking number, allowing you to conveniently monitor the progress of your parcel on the courier's website.

Do I have any payment obligations or duty (tax or customs clearance) after I paid my order?
